Most women just have to no be a fat fuk to be attractive... SRS... Sure there are just some straight up ugly hoe's out there but their male counterpart is just around the corner...

And good for them for losing all the a$$ but... BUT... once a fat fuk always a fat fuk... Those fat cells that reproduced like Bebe's kids (fuk you I'm old and thats still funny) dont ever go away unless you have them physically removed... means they are just hanging out ready to be filled up again with a$$. Hard for a ex fatty to maintain... but no impossible.

Ex fatty checking in, and you're spot on with this. It's hard AF to stay lean, especially at 37. Feels bad man. I find that eating pretty low carb is the best route. Under 100g a day.


Props to all those people who lost weight tho, massive changes for them all. No better feeling that looking in the mirror and liking what you see.
