She looks way hotter. I do not know what really needed surgery besides boobjob and lip injections. The rest looks like makeup and hair.

I do not religiously prefer natural looks like many. Hockey players all buy fake teeth, most guys use some fake treatment for hair, all women use botox in certain areas. Not a huge deal, unless you're taking something to mess up a baby during pregnancy or whatever

Don't get me wrong the girl in the pic is extremely plastic looking but I completely believe her life did a 180 for the better following those surgeries. Even by losing weight she would have been a 5/10 at best. It's true she looks "off" now but she also stands out more as well. She actually is more pleasant to look at. Just very plastic is all.
