I think getting along with my co-workers plays a massive part, especially during Melbournes over the top and long lockdown, it was the only social interaction we were allowed.
Sorry to derail - Couldn't do what you do OP, I'm on that terrified of heights time, get vertigo standing on the ground looking up at something that tall.
