Do you have a source on that? I remember seeing the pics years ago on that thread when they were still live and they looked very real and medically consistent with the condition. If he was LARPing he was doing an accurate job at it and has hopefully found employment in movie makeup and prosthetics.

If you read the article it sounds like the preference was to keep the larger of the two but he only urinates from the smaller one.
