I dont see how walking towards someone during a verbally heated argument means “fear for life”. I doubt that holds any water in a court of law.


This guy is fukt and rightfully so. Should be attempted murder in the 1st degree.

Guy walked out of his house with a concealed firearm and confronted another person before shooting him in the stomach. Fuking dickhead... okay the guy parked in your spot, dick move, guy is being a douche, also a dick move... you have a gun, so why not walk out with the gun shown and tell him to fuk off with it? While I'm not fully aware of the technicalities, that was still admitted to be the housecoat man's territory - as in the brah's wife admitting it was "his parking spot".

Here's a heads up tip for those, maybe more sheltered, miscers who are unaware. Anytime a man comes wandering towards you telling you that you're in his territory - you're now in a primal situation. Where violence is now a sub tone of that conversation. You better come prepared.

Am I saying that this is an ideal situation, in which I want my kids to live in? No. Absolutely not. Housecoat man should be a good neighbour and let brah use his spot that's not currently in use. Or better yet living in Wakanda.

What I am saying is be mindful of your situation. Texas is a ccw state and this guy is in a housecoat in the middle of the day. Not a good look approaching him with your wife and baby around the corner.

He wasn't shot over a parking spot. He was shot because the IFBB pro was advancing towards him. Talk about libcucks in this forum. If it was a black dude advancing towards a white dude and the white dude shot 'em ya'll would be screaming "Justified!!!!!".

Same situation with the young dude at the protest. Totally justified.

This is how I see it from the info we have. The manlet shouldn’t have stepped toward him, so there may be some type of defense there, although not much. In a townhouse area/apartment complex the assigned spots aren’t the same as if someone came and parked in your yard and you asked them to leave. He was obviously already home parked somewhere and carried the gun out because he was wanting to shoot this guy. Both of them are retards but he should 100% serve time for the shooting.

It also looks like his wife saved his life by stepping in. It looked to me like he was going to finish him off in the first video I saw (didn’t watch this one yet).

What are the stipulations of "his property?" Is the parking lot "his property" as well?

She lied, they were trying to troll them, she tried to say he was just dropping them off but then she was saying she was bringing her baby out to meet the friend. Basically the bodybuilder was in his friends truck who was coming over to visit. They were both already out of the vehicle with it fully parked. The bodybuilder knowing that previously parking in the guys stall had set him off and he did it anyways and told his friend to park there. Then after this happened tried to play it off like they didnt start this whole thing off.

Never did I justify housecoat man's actions. I clearly stated 'territory' as in the space primal males like to defend. Guys will do weird chit when they are being territorial.

Again, I am saying be situationally aware. Black + Housecoat + concealed hand + "oh chit he's pissed I'm in his *perceived territory" = time to comply and de-escalate. Would have been my train of thought.

He pays rent and/or owns the property, it was his assigned spot, so whether its leased or owned its still his. He also was only charged with shooting the guy, nothing else released had no warrents, had a legal gun, his neighbor knew that this would set him off and did it anyways. He also didnt shoot the guy until he started coming up to him. They will argue it in court if he had a duty to retreat or not, the prosecutor seems to think he committed a crime.... but this guy was not a criminal, this was not a random robbery, the bodybuilder guy had every chance to prevent this, he has blame to put himself in that situation trying to act like a bad ass thinking he can park in the man's spot and that nothing will happen if he talks **** yet again and gets in his face. He got his card pulled.

this. some comments trying to call this black guy jogger this or compare it to armed robberies. No he didnt have any warrants, had a legal gun which means no felonies, no domestic violence. Had 15k to bail out or his family did. And he is the white guys neighbor meaning he has the same general ballpark income/wealth ect.

He was already charged for the shooting but this is a lot like walking out in front of a racing car and after you got hit cry that you "had the right of way" ok dumbass maybe the other guy gets in legal trouble but you still got ran over and it could have been prevented right? Even if they send the black guy to prison you still almost fuking died and for what purpose when you instigated the whole thing.

Chit is weird all around. Dumb bodybuilder who probably had knowledge of the whole parking situation prior to this. Weird dark ninja actually armed and ready to confront the situation aka knew he was gonna shoot him before he even spoke a word. Wife dumb enough to take the kid outside during confrontation. Ofc the sloot brings out her infant kid in the middle of an altercation, and then actually goes up to them after the shot. Phuking sloots man, I wouldn't be surprised if there's more to this story and it involves the sloot.
