18 U.S.C. § 641 makes it a crime to "knowingly convert... any record" of the United States for one's personal use – including legal opinions.
The penalty is 1 to 10 years in prison.

Griswold is an example. That's the case that fundamentally recognised a right to privacy and formed the basis for Roe, and other cases like Lawrence v Texas. So if Roe is overturned, Griswold can be too, and then the floodgates for criminalisation of sodomy, contraceptives, same-sex marriage etc are on the table.
