Everything in movies is an illusion... lighting, camera angles etc. It's well know the men are often exercising in between takes to look pumped for the camera. She'll look larger on screen than she actually is.

The other pics she looks very Natty. She's Natty Lee Portman. Doesn't look like anything more than maybe some creatine bloat.
