Lifting and Sprinting skyrockets my blood sugar. Walking lowers it.
So I guess I'll walk lol
I haven't tested running yet though

are you talking baby marathons like 26 miles or ultra marathons like 100 miles. there is a difference.
baby marathons only take around 3 hours. hardly a long time out of your day unless you are a potato
