I came out of the lockdown weak as piss (over a year of no lifting or anything ) and started trying to lift again - and deadlift again,

ive said many times before I have a fukd up back and it’s been ongoing for years. I struggle to even bend down and put on my socks in the morning (dead srs, no Trolling)

So I was getting stronger every week and I took this vid being INJURED & not even close to my peak. How many people on here injured can still deadlift near 3x their body weight?

This is an old vid of me around 80kg deadlifting 220kgx7 reps, my form is a lot better here because I wasn’t injured.

In my peak I was deadlifting 240kg for high reps. I currently trap bar deadlift 240kg for sets of 10 bc my back can’t take regular deadlifts anymore
