Yep. I too was very loud about how we should be wary about the power grabs/mask mandates/etc. when covid started 2 years ago, and for the first year+. Even my most conservative friends look at me like I'm some sort of QAnon CT wackjob when I talk about this stuff. Doesn't matter how specific I am when I discuss it, what sources I cite for my evidence, or how much I express my willingness to be proven wrong about all this. Lawd help you if you actually ask questions and call any of this bs out in public.
