Either start working on trying to convince her to handle the divorce agreements between the two of you in a fair, civil manner where you volunteer to pay a divorce attorney to handle all the legal/court bs for you, or lawyer up with the best divorce attorney you can find asap. As has already been said by others, once a divorce attorney gets in her ear, she's gonna end up trying to rake you over the coals as hard as possible regardless of any promises she is making now to be nice to you about it. I guarantee she's already got at least several friends and relatives flapping their gums at her to screw you over, and she probably started talking to them about it months before she ever said anything to you about wanting a divorce. srs.
