Haha, definitely striving for that wow look! Would u ever dress like this? Never seen anyone wear this kind of stuff.

Lol, I'd laugh if that had been manufactured somewhere.

Also, same here. I want to start some martial art soon. Probably mma or jiu-jitsu cos it sounds cool. Probably mma. How are u starting? Have u been for these classes before? I went for kick boxing/judo when I was younger, it was a lot of cardio, very fun stuff.

Mad trousers OP. I hope just by wearing them you could add 40+ lbs to your squat.

I did train some MMA in 2012/13 and got involved in Krav Maga last year, although I have only been once this year. You should defo get involved with a martial arts discipline. Just see what's available in your area.

Thanks, one side there's lightning and the other has flames. All in electric blue ofcourse :0

They are unsurprisingly amazing in squats because they're so huge/spacious inside haha.


Pretty cool, I've heard of krav maga, mentioned it in a show called Malcom in the Middle lol! How are u finding krav maga? Better or worse than mma? I would start any martial art, I'm just going by what sounds the coolest, but on a more serious note, what is more likely to work in a real world situation. E.g, I wasn't buying into judo moves, flinging a guy over your back wouldn't help when a guy has a knife or he's 140kg. Other martial arts would be like, bash the knees/disorient with smack, get out alive! Haha.

Any ideas?

Ask yourself why I'd even bother to lie about progressive chronic pain, seeking advice with written letters over the course of 5 years.
I found I can squat heavier in wide squat formation, recruits glutes/adductors instead of all quads/erector spinal flexion.

Part of the advice was to stay mobile. Not to lay down all day, makes sense. Still keeping to my word, see that jacket I'm wearing? That's the jacket I wear to keep my hands "like a sling". Trousers pockets are too far down, it is summer now, I am very hot but I need to sling my arms. Normally I would be shirtless/in a vest at 25c°.

I said I'm happy which is the truth, major setback, but I don't want to lay around like a sad sack, would rather be proactive about the situation.

UK. I am in *****/Sri-Lanka a lot (family), but mostly UK. I act the same way everywhere.

Behave like what lol. Damn, consequences? I don't know, I haven't encountered anything bad, I usually go out solo anyways. When I'm with people, I don't have that pack mentality, just kind of neutral with everything lol. The gym was packed and I was doing this crap lol.
