Living in Virginia Beach for the past few years and can't stand the 'city' life. Rude people, no mountains, roads are like a war zone and free for all and traffic is horrible.

Can't wait to get back home to TN - looking to buy some land back home and build a cabin on it.

The cheapest available is what I picked up last week for $500 an acre but it’s only so cheap because it’s very hard to access and is on a reservation. Most grassland goes between $800-$1200 an acre.

That’s not lease that property was purchased, if it were lease I wouldn’t be able to make the improvements that are underway (first fishing dam is almost done fyi) but no these particular pics are not that acreage. I don’t really do deer hunts just yet but once the new property is ready it can all ge negotiable.

They really aren’t bad, handful of days below zero, a bad blizzard every few years etc but you don’t have to go very far north of here for them to get way more severe mainly due to flat terrain leading to more wind.
