Jesus OP. My dad is about 6'7 and got up to about 260lbs at his heaviest. 6'8 300lbs is absolute unit status. Mog everywhere you go.

And casually putting up 500lb close grip bench with no spotter, no wrist wraps, nothing. Just another sunday. Talk about farmer strong.

I remember an OHP thread where a miscer posted a strict OHP of 330lbs and thinking that was the most impressive lift I'd seen posted here. But it was a grinder for him

The strongest member I remember was STA/Strongerthanall. He shoulder pressed something like 200lbs dumbbells for reps. He was insane.
