Srs though, it's a solid app. Today was more balanced than yesterday because I knew where I slacked after my evening review.

I got spread sheets for lifting, diet, work progression, hobby management lol

Its just a statistical diary at this point. The app looks good.

I used to but this is so much more manageable. There are still a few things I use excel for, mostly preps/food rotation stuff but I think for personal habits like fitness, self improvement, nutrition etc. this is good for me.

How do you track your hobbies, is it time spent or something else?

For hobbies I setup a project timeline, plan, budget with goals. It makes it very real when I avoid something for 4 months when I'm supposed to be enjoying it, but I know most of my satisfaction comes from long term realization of success, so the the short term anxiety is worth the fulfillment....sometimes.
