I'm 35 and with a beard people usually guess 28-29. I'm like the only one I know in my peer group that doesnt have gray hairs coming in either their beard or hair, oh and having hair helps to make you appear young too

I'm 28 & I definitely look 30+. Alcohol, anorexia, never wearing sunscreen, cigarettes, childhood trauma, & drugs are a helluva drug.

I actually do look younger now than I did from about 22-25 due to a way healthier diet (lots of fruits/veg/fatty fish) and using moisturizer. Try that, OP.

This. Tho I still look younger than I am (when shaved), I think grinding with school and night work aged me quicker.

I'm older than that but have about that same ratio. Folks think I am about 10 years younger.

I went out recently for my 35th birthday and I got carded. Not sure if that really means much, but aside from that I do get people saying I look young, from time to time

When I was 25 I was mistaken as 30 didn’t care cause I was always 3” taller then everyone and had more game.

Probably just hating now that I think about it.

Nothing wrong with getting some sun, if you do it right. Anorexia, alcohol and cigarettes on the other hand.....

Why would a grown man want to look like a young man?

People literally won’t believe I’m over 30. My fiancé, met her when I was 31/32 and she was 22, she had to ask for ID when I told her my age. Thought I was 24/25.

Tbf, I aged a lot in the last 3 years so I may look 30 now. Was chatting to a girl a couple of years ago though and she asked how old I was and she misheard and thought I was 24 when I said 34.
