Normally I’d laugh at the buy high sell low strategy happening here but it’s only going to go lower so OP did in fact cut his losses at least rather than let it compound.

It’s only bad to sell low if there’s a chance it will go back up. Crypto isn’t going back up. Will be 10k by end of year.

If he had sold ETFs it would be a different story since eventually, even if it takes years, those will recover

Crypto bros need to remember that they are only buying a claim on an exchange...there's no reason to be married to anything that can be bought and sold with the press of a button.
