I have never seen anything like the push for white women to get with black men that is occurring today. Imagine seeing a commercial where a white man used a black man as a foot stool while having a black woman sitting in his lap. If it isn’t ok that way then why would you say “who cares” when it goes the other way?


I’ve been alive since the 80’s and have seen tons of commercials involving minorities, but none that you speak of even though you claim it was most commercials back then.

Idk if you’re dense or “trolling” but this isn’t crying I see ITT. It’s acknowledging the pervasive, seemingly orchestrated, bias in media against a demographic. This is contrasted with the treatment of other demographics and with the context that if the other demographics got a fraction of the slight, there would be outrage and hell to pay.

You chose to draw some unsupported false equivalency which was supposedly the norm a decade ago. And when asked for an example, you pivot and just can’t understand why people even care. Next you can call people incels and urge them to “touch grass”.

Companies sell stuff, don't overthink it. They use interacial couple to appeal to multiple demographics. America used to be heavily white, so there was no need.

Good luck finding 9 commercials with white men lol. My 2 minutes of HULU commercials featured 100% of main actors that were black.

If one were to base the demographics of the USA off commercials, they would assume the population is 85% heroic black males, 4% black heroic females, 4% nerdy, hot white females, 3% dumb white males, 2% hispanic normal Hispanic males/females, and 2% gender fluid Asian pronoun'ed people.
