Once in the morning after coffee. Then shower and feel clean all day.
Damn 5-6x a day would suck. Maybe you have an efficient system but that seems excessive.

Shtting 6 times a day sounds horrible. I would have to be near a toilet all day.

Imagine going on a road trip….you would have to stop at the nastiest places just to pop em out, not once but multiple times

Depends on calorie intake but usually 1-2 a day. Many more if near 4000cal.

Check consistency charts and if you're off, schedule a doc appt.

Is your ass not totally raw from that?

It varies a lot for me. May just be once one day, four the next, etc.

More or less this for me. Coffee doesn't have an impact on my bowels. I do take psyllium and normally have regularly scheduled chts within an hour of waking up. Sometimes if I'm taking an odd supplement, that number can go to 3-4 but not like clockwork.

Yeah boyo same

Depending on what I’ve eaten but I always have a morning chit. Then I will take small dumps throughout the day as I feel em brewing. I hate feeling it building up even a little.

If I’m really busy I can ignore it but I still will generally take a second chit besides my first morning one right before I leave even if it’s a little bit.

Sometimes legit sit down to poop and just let out a massive fart.

Idk
