Thing is advertising would be free.
If you opened a place like that you would get free press with people hating it

Parents need entertainment to keep their kids occupied while they do basic stuff like make dinner, chores, running errands in the car.

Hire someone to do a series of dead simple animation, think Tele tubby type. All a variation of the same theme. Number them 1 to 50 so parents can easily choose a new one.

Pro tip- children's videos are one of the hottest niches

Print something more eye appealing like a field of wildflowers or grass or something that looks like it's part of someone's landscape. You only need a few different patterns. Next to a plain blue or brown tarp on the store's shelf, it will easily outsell.

Currently about to close on a Fourplex. I'll need to get permits to do the renovations. One of the previous tenants was a hoarder which I'm not excited about wading into. All told once the units are taken care of they will pull anywhere from 2700-4k each per month judging by the prices in the area.

I've been spending a lot of time getting familiar with the rules and laws regarding being a landlord in CA so I don't get ****ed over.

Also about to get my GC license for side hustle doing demos and renos.

No more picking up your dogs crap.

Heavy napkin impregnated with nutrients and fertilizer that can be placed directly on fresh poop and left in place. No more picking up dog mess. Fertilizer will break down the poop and provide nutrients to the soil. Paper will breakdown and decompose after one week. No worries about stepping on it as the paper will provide a barrier. Parks board doesn't have to provide dog poo bags and hazardous waste doesn't need disposing at parks.

There's like a trillion of these currently, but the genre can surely improve. The smarter ones have time lengths in the thumb nail lol. Protip-you're appealing toward parents, don't put dumbass chit. My kid found "Wulfoo" or however it's spelled which sort of looks like Peppa Pig, had all sorts of chit that I could see being dangerous for my kids to see, blocked it and every copy cat channel that people put up.
Virtue is its own reward.

When I was 19 I came up with the idea for an adjustable wrench that can be set to any size, metric or standard. If you need 15 millimeters, you just set it to that size. It operates on gears and doesn’t need a battery.
