Just to be clear...This isn't inflation itsHyper inflationand it WILL NOT CAN NOT GO BACK DOWN, its permanent besides the gas prices and a select few other variables.

They are lying about the inflation numbers and its much higher...Just like the unemployment rate

I Haven't raised rent on my tenants in two years because I used to be in their position and know how much it blows

But now I am forced too for legitimate reasons specifically to do with the house...Between my property tax and home owners insurance I'm paying over $300 a month more than last year on my "fixed rate" mortgage...which is 3600 + extra per year AND that's a fraction of the other price increases of mine

Then there's the water, gas, power, internet, youtube TV, waste disposal and 2-3x higher property maintenance if something needs repairs.

Yeah....I don't usually worry....But I'm getting a little worried

I think June will be the peak reading now that commodities have rolled over with fears of an economic slowdown, you can check out commodity futures movements here if you're interested

Tons of stuff is down month over month, although it's tough to say how quickly this stuff affects real prices that people pay. We might still see prices increase further before going down depending on how the procurement contracts are structured

Many of these are still pretty elevated too when you zoom out a bit, but they've come down hard from the recent peaks

Cheap energy trickles down to every aspect of the economy.

Biden did the exact opposite. Closed pipelines. Restricted mining and drilling, increased regulations.

The list of chit Biden did or rather the people controlling him created is VERY VERY long

One example would be that Biden denied 3 new oil drilling leases which was a big catalyst as to why oil shot up, which causes everything else to go up in price

Another is the war in Eukraine, if Trump was president this never would have happened...Putin respected Biden

And how about giving Eukraine 40 billion of our tax dollars when we're all here getting fuked by inflation etc

OH yeah and the TRILLIONS of dollars printed (more money printed in one single year than the last 30 years combined) causing hyper inflation

The list goes on and on, look at immigration...You realize he's let rapist, p3dophiles, murders etc go just to come back to the USA and repeat the same crimes?

#1 is Putin would have never gone into ukraine... he knew he could because of dimentia boy at the helm. Trump would have nuked putin so quick he wouldn't have had time to grab his nutsack and say hail mary.
#2 Biden is absolutely horrible for business. Energy literally affects every single part of the economy and daily activities. Trump would have made the best trade deals with other nations, and would have kept the america first initiative in place. We export massive amounts of oil right now to other countries because we are in a CHIT deal.
#3 Trump isnt a complete retard who reads off of a teleprompter. Yes he says lots of dumb chit, but he is at least mentally capable.

I am no fan of the trump, but biden is fuking horrible. Every single person is far worse off with biden in power than trump. Every stock portfolio is down 30% plus, crypto is down massively, and finally there is a massive bubble in real estate just waiting to explode and finish off the economy. When that bubble bursts, 2008 is going to look like a picnic.
