Yeah, a lot of women confuse the concept of guys considering them to be fukkable with the idea that most of the same men would also be willing to/wish they could legit date them. It's an extremely common way of thinking about sex/dating/relationships among women. Average looking guys ranking between 4/10 - 6/10 would probably have similar delisions if they could get laid by most women as easily as simply telling them he's be down to bang them, which is exactly how it is for their Jane average/below average women.

At least the woman OP brought up was legit decently attractive as a 6/10 and had age on her side by only being 21 while still thinking like that. If you think that's bad, then try being around women in their 30's/40's who still think that way.

For example, I work with this one broad who is roughly a 6/10 with a fairly boring body/somewhat horse like face, pancake asss, stupid tats all over, an annoying woke liberal, slootbag, and a bitch in general. The only thing that really stands out about her looks is the simple fact that she's not fat. The sloot still thinks she's a 9/10 and regularly makes comments about how she thinks all guys want her even though she's a washed up 39 year old hag and still hopping around the cawk carousel never able to find a good man to settle down with. So much delusion lol.
