I went to school with mainly white/euros/asian/indian/russians - it was a school for competitive students who have to pass an exam (in maths/science/general ability). Over the years you naturally observe the way every race conduct themselves, observe their parents, etc. Most of the students were well raised and they naturally have an understanding that if they don't work hard or at least come in the top portion of their cohort, they will live a life of mediocrity or dissapoint their friends and family. We all just expected excellenence from each other. The class clowns still got lots of laughs, but you can see when their grades deteriorated they ended up looking like dumb losers which is what they really were. Ultimately, every student knew they were nothing unless they created value academically or added value to the school (like excelling in sport, playing an instrument for the school band, etc) - this is lost on poor dumb denegerates. They have high senses of self worth even when they have bad grades, overweight, and contribute nothing to their community. This entitlement is what causes the actions in the video.

Now if we return to the example of the fight in the OP - these future scientists were probably raised poorly by their parents without discipline and any focus on their academics. They will never amount to anything because their parents never amounted to anything - this cycle is hard to break and is usually corrolated to wealth and leadership in their families. If there had strong father figures who set the bar high perhaps they could of had the chance. That kid is going to grow up no different to his degenerate mother.
