Fukkin this. I'm 6'3" 240 and still feel thin. I think you hit the nail on the head. I'm not shredded but the fact I can look down and see my dink instead of having to feel around under a fat gut makes me leaner than 90% of the people I'm around.

My goal is to get to about 230 maybe 235 is better. I’m 6’3 and at 245 but am having most of my trouble at night after dinner. All day I eat clean and everything is on point and then every night around 8 I’m fookin starvin. I made a protein shake with fruit tonight.

I had been 300 around 18 months ago.

I need help with the nighttime cravings.

So how fukin big do we have to get to look like we lift? I'm over 6'2 226 lbs and literally getting mogged everywhere i go now. I'm taller than most people but i don't look like i lift and i look skinny compared to about half of the people i walk by. The whole point of lifting is to look big but i can't look big anymore.

10 years ago i was around 6'3 198 lbs and was almost always the largest person in the room.

get a prescription for TRT then go on as many heavy bike rides as you possibly can.

Me and my mates we’re just talking about this. At 17’6” 1400lbs I’m easily the twink in our group, but when we go to the clubs even the barely 21 year old girls are easily 2-3’ taller. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gotten kneed in the face by the tall guys at the stores because they just can’t see me.

It’s weird because before 2012 I was 6’3” 220 and mogging everyone.

This. I was XL and XXL for a lot of button ups and jackets. **** sucked because My waist wasn't fat, and XXL is made for bloatlords.

I'm not at L-XL and at 185lbs. Feel much better at this weight though tbh. A lot weaker, but more athletic and fluid

But it sounds like OP is just warped. I mogged a muscular 230. Funny how different people treated me at that size.
