I remember one of the top bodybuilders from the 80's saying he always made his best gains when eating steaks.

I'll take a T-bone with a couple of potatoes and broccoli swimming in real butter over any other meal for supper.

t-bone is good but almost always more expensive. Poorcels can't be choosers unfortunately

T / porterhouse is filet and ny strip on each side, I think. They usually cost less than either.
