So there are lots of ways to improve your odds, like a clean diet, fasting, exercise, avoiding certain things in the environment, etc. And like you said, his link didn’t even point to the studies and how they were conducted. For all we know it was in vitro or in rats using insane doses.

For me, I totally lost my voice, but it was from construction dust, and I was willing to try anything as I talk for a living.
Like I said, it do no work, because the dust was constant, but it did heal my knees in a miraculous way.
