Also explains why i don't like interacting with those type of people lol. They drain my energy.
They are natural energy vampires. It's why most of them tend to be such extroverts as well, the type of people who get their energy by going out and being around people, because it's the only way they can indulge in their ego. Being ignored is the worst thing ever to these people, they need to feel important and superior, without that all they have is who they truly are.

ive worked with them. usually they're super focused on kissing the bosses ass and wont give you the time of day if they don't see a way for you to benefit them in some way. everything they do is the best, they're the smartest guy in the room ALWAYS (just ask them), and they are extremely easy to make mad in my experience. the guy i worked with was like 35 but put on like he had been in the trade for 40 years and was an industry veteran. funny part is, i would say over half of the people bought into his bull****. i would say better than half of society are sheep, easily distracted and gullible to anyone that shows a little confidence. it's exactly how trump got elected lmao. i liked him way better than sleepy ice cream brandon, but trump is the poster boy for narcissism.

Well that's just a symptom of the narcissistic personality. They are all masters of their own little worlds in a sense where they all have a greatly inflated ego when it comes to their assumed expertise and the value of their opinions. This has a lot to do with narcissistic rage and their trademark hostility towards being wrong, someone simply disagreeing with them or having a different take. You see, despite the massive egos that narcissists tend to accumulate, they are deep down very insecure people. It's why they constantly need confirmation and enjoy being loud and confrontational. It's why they get bored so easily when they are by themselves or not getting the attention they desire. It all helps reinforce the value they place themselves in their own little worlds.
