It really doesn't matter these days. It depends on the woman though. When I was a big boy 230lbs and 3x as wide as any female, they liked the security aspect of it. They would say they felt safe with me or liked how much bigger I was than them. Like their own bear. But other chicks will think it was too much or didn't like a big bald guy that looks like a bouncer.

When you're leaner and lower bf/athletic looking in some way, girls focus more on your overall aesthetic. Moreso to show off. You'll look a little less masculine but look better overall. They appreciate that too. But again, not all women like that and might prefer the bigger masculine version.

I'd say the leaner guy that takes care of himself will attract more females in general.

Lifting attracts tons of autists gaylords. You can be totally jacked but if you cant be witty and entertain a girl, then its pretty much over before it even starts.

Also, face and height.

Also basic hygiene goes a long way dudes. Brush and floss twice a day. Wash between your toes with soap. ****ing autists man. Half the dudes at my work just straight up have a scent, and its not good. Nobody wants to be around your smelly ass.
