I have been doing overhead tricep extensions and opened google this morning and found an article about them.

On my Fitbit, a main goal is to burn 1,000 calories per workout.

One time I opened google and there was an article about people who burn 1,000 calls per workout.

This morning there was another article about something I was researching.

There has to be a better way to do this because I hate being spied on. They need to start asking.

Youtube now has surveys about various things I've been exposed to and I don't mind taking them as they are asking me vs stalking me.
