sugar is rocket fuel for your body

but since most of us aren't in constant burning of that fuel, it turns into inflammation and causes alot of harm within us

Don't forget plastic surgery as well.

You can't compare the average person to celebrities. Hell even the women at the tennis club get a ton of surgery when they hit 50.

Years ago my sister was in Boston at a local bakery and he was standing next to her in line. He ordered pastry, sat at a table and ate a couple things. He gave the rest away to random people in the bakery srs.

How much sugar I don't know, but he eats some.

I don't know why you're so obsessed with sugar and Tom Cruise but he most likely eats whatever he wants, in moderation.

If you have money and resources and put in a little work. There are plenty of anti-aging technologies out there. I was just looking at a company Grant Cardone bought after using their products. Who is another Scientologist with a really high net worth. Cost about 135K for the in-home equipment. And that's not counting any other kind of prescription, therapy or procedure. I guarantee you Tom is on that same type of regimen. Grant is 64 and is lean and highly energetic (basically like Tom Cruise).

Probably because they understand how genetics work, unlike you. Genetics are the most important thing for being attractive. That doesn't mean we should start listening to what idiot actors tell us about health and fitness.

Aside from botox injections what do you think his diet is like?

How much sugar he takes?

Is it really that much genetics and botox?
He probably doesn’t eat sugar at all. He’s about 7 years older than me, and in better shape than most men my age.

Who is Tom Cruise?
For God so repped the world, that he negged his only begotten Son, that whosoever reppeth in him should not be negged, but have everlasting reps.
