Where did the trial take place? What is the max allowable punitive damage for punitive damage in said state?

there was alot odd stuff with sandy hook, most of it is hard to find now. But yea there was some fishy stuff going on for sure, which is what alex touched on.

Alex brings a lot of stuff to light and I used to really like him, but this was a pretty clear case of defamation.

He claimed the kids and parents were actors, that faked a shooting to try and change gun policies and public opinion. If enough people believed him It could have severely hurt the lives of the parents that had already suffered enough. Love him or hate him he was wrong here.


Also it was revealed in court that Alex makes 800k A DAY

This case isn't even the worst for Alex. This was only 2 parents and Alex won't actually have to pay all this money because of Texas caps on damages

- The actual payment will be reduced because Texas has a cap on punitive damages at compensatory + $750k (i.e. $4.2 million compensatory + $750k is all Alex will actually be ordered to pay, not this figure the jury returned. It sounds weird but juries are not allowed to be told about the cap, the judge will apply the cap later)

As someone who has seen some real tragedy and terrible death in his life and family, I can tell you that those “smiles” aren’t an “actor” prepping for stage.

People react in weird ways when they have heightened emotions. One of them is pretending to be happy.

Jones is right about a lot of stuff but this is just crazy to make him look crazy (whether he is aware or not)
