Gymnastics or soccer.
Survival. When the jungle tears itself down and builds itself into something new. Guys like you and me, we end up dead. Doesn’t really mean anything. Or, if we happen to live through it, well that doesn’t mean anything either.

gymnast

Requires you to be very strong and lean. Requires total body control.

You need to be a manlet though.

Wrestling. Not real wrestling full of bloatlords, but the fake WWE wrestling. Most of those dudes are jacked and athletic. They have to be jacked for the visual appeal to the audience and they have to be agile and athletic for the stunts.

But since i mentioned fake sports, i guess pro cross fit would be up there too. Those dudes are strong and have crazy stamina.

Professional CrossFit athletes. They look better than 99% of people and their cardio is better than 99% of people.

In terms of a more skilled sport Gymnastics is probably king. In terms of a skilled, and team sport I’d say Rugby. You’ve got the cardio of soccer, but the physicality and musculature is closer to skilled football players.

Don't use the top 0.1% to judge. The best swimmers look awkward because that's the fastest body shape, not because swimming makes you like that.

If the fastest body shape was 4ft2, you'd see a bunch of 4ft2 people winning all of the events, but that doesn't mean that the average 6ft man is going to look like they do.

The best male swimmers in my club aren't born with a perfect bodyshape, and therefore look better than most pros, because they're more proportionate.

Probably something like Rugby or the NFL, or maybe even triathlons. I love rock climbing but it definitely doesn't produce a balanced physique.

It's terrific, right? So you know, I am in heaven."

I don't think gymnastics would produce the best all-around athlete tbh. Sure they might have strength and aesthetics but their cardio is gonna be pretty nonexistent compared to other sports like soccer and swimming..

this thread is so fooking stupid. It's not like playing a certain sport will give you muscles, you still need do some kind of resistance training to build the muscles.
