Thus, it's very hard for men to say no to women because they have an effect on males that trigger sympathy, the same as kids do.

If your kid wants a new toy, you will probably get it for them for the same reason. You know the kid doesn't need the toy or any toys, but you want the kid to have them.

The male response to women is much the same only most men think women are "adults" and their ideas are informed, like men have, but really women are like kids and have whims, self-centered ideas, and so on. Men keep waiting for women to be "rational" and so give into the nonsense constantly.

This cycle has gotten out of control.

Hundreds of years ago, the great philosopher Schopenhauer wrote an essay saying that European men need to stop catering to women or else we would end up in a giant bee hive run by queen bees. He was a genius and right about a lot.
