Same. I had to stop pasteurized milk because I noticed it started to mess with my stomach. It's $9.99 from my local co-op for a half gallon though so that blows.
Pissening. I work in Texas so it shouldn’t be hard to find something.

Even if you live in a city, it's still possible to grow your own crops and have a mall indoor fruit and vegetable garden

There's nothing wrong with plant based, but it really is not for everyone. Not everyone's body can accommodate that. Some people try to go vegan and their teeth begin to fall out, so they had to introduce meat back into their diets.

I come from a family that is more than half vegan because of religious beliefs and most of them thrive on it.

However, when these big corporations begin to co-opt "organic" and "plant-based" diets it becomes a fad like bastardization, and all sorts of unhealthy stuff is injected into the alternatives that people seek out to improve their health, not to deteriorate it.

Sickening.

I'm telling you the timeline was deliberately manipulated a few years ago. That's why we're headed on the path of chaos, and nothing seems real anymore.
it's better to suck dink than to be killed

"My outer appearance was poor, but in this way my inner world became richer than anyone else's. Was it not natural that a young boy who suffered from an indelible drawback like mine should have come to think that he was a secretly chosen being? I felt as though somewhere in this world a mission awaited me of which I myself still knew nothing." --Yukio Mishima

Are you Indian or Asian? I only ask because you mentioned that your family doesn’t eat meat for religious beliefs…

Yup it's a completely deliberate attack on food and water in wide open territory. They used to lie via things like the food pyramid. This is just straight up lunacy. The climate coalition is aiming to control and neuter all the farmers and destroy the natural production of food, while also buying up farmland to create a specifically designed nutritional push to destroy the peasant class. Then the population will be low test, high estrogen, docile and weak and will just succumb to the powers at be.

A diet is a tool. Keto, vegetarianism, carnivore, IF, etc are all tools to use to maintain your health. Each diet effects people differently and are needed depending on tons of health factors.

I'll be my own farmer one day though and eat and drink all natural food and liquids. No chance I'm letting them try to push this nonsense.
