Except in this case two girls were runaway minors? If it's there then you can imagine just how widespread and an issue it actually is. Getting just one reunited back with the parents is the only thing needed to justify continuing to do these operations and clearly, they work. Also saved the wife from being married to someone like that for who knows how many potential years.
