OP, for whatever it’s worth, I agree with you that conventional advice and suggestions are 100% not going to help in your situation.

Which brings me to my main Q, have you ever considered seeking help from any of the following:

Psychotherapy
Sex therapy
Sexual surrogacy

If not, can you please explain your reasons why you have chosen not to explore any of them.

No to all of them. In recent years being a virgin hasn't been enough of an issue for me to pursue clinical treatment of any sort. I just get on with it and live my life.

I have been fapping to porn for 20 years basically...on and off of course. Sometimes I would go MONTHS without cranking it, sometimes 5 times in a week. For the past few years 2-3 times a week. I have become slightly desensed to softer stuff, but still have a line I don't cross and have never gotten into gross stuff.

I dunno about the 'moving to Asia as an old man' thing. It's not off the table.

I was severally recluse for my teens and into mid-20s I would say. Just stayed indoors playing video games and doing solo hobbies like painting. Had zero social circle. Also zero game and was scared around females.

Nah I think you’re off base here.

The problem is better characterised as some kind of psychological “block” that prevents the individual from making progress. It has little if any connection to porn.

It’s very common for such types to have the attitude OP possesses, which is that they’d rather die than see an escort or something. I have never quite figured out how it works but it’ll be linked to their beliefs and values around the topic and their pride system, and I suspect there will also be some kind of debilitating fear component.

It’s really unfortunate because a sexual experience with a woman, however it comes about, is likely a good stepping stone to remedying their ails.
