This is just adding gas to the fire. They basically have been doing this already. The problem is though....all the crime spreads. They know they can't get in trouble. They come to the suburbs to rob and steal, break into peoples homes, joy ride, kill, etc. My area is seemingly very safe yet people are getting robbed at gunpoint working in their garage. I was house sitting a coworkers place not too long ago, and I wake up and find out that down the street from my co workers house these people had their escalade stolen from their driveway. Video of a Nissan with 4 black guys slowly driving around scoping the area of this nice neighborhood at 5:30am. Nothing ever happens to them. Never.

Chit will only get worse too.

Yeah, except that isn't really how it works. The criminals are assessed by a judge and issued a bail amount based on a) their crime b) their record c) their ability to pay d) their risk of not appearing in court.

The most ridiculous thing is that all you have to do is come up with 10% and YOU GET THE MONEY BACK IF YOU SHOW UP TO COURT. Fck off criminals and your eternal victim complex.
