If this is from the USA, which state is "Nottingham" in? If it's not in the United States and is actually in Britain, then this is fake because "Nottingham" has no black people in it.

They do it for a few reasons:
1. The women egg them on. Black women are a huge reason for disfunctional behavior
2. They overcompensate their masculinity because of the lack of father figure. They are made fun of as kids for only having a mother, so they take out their masculity on the street
