Thanks dude! I feel like my form is pretty solid, I’ve always been a stickler for that always.. I had been @ 185 for quite a while, but decided to start moving up a bit because why not?

Done both but i prefer the lying T-bar row for the stretch and lengthening.
4 plates 5 reps
When you cant move your body to assist or use momentum, 3 plates is heavy.

havent done barbell rows in a very long time, I prefer dumbbells or machines

I remember doing 205 lbs for sets of 5 on pendlay rows though

Yes you can.

Source: I pendlay row 295 for sets of 3-5 and my form is horrid. My 225 sets are strict as **** though.

155x12 today for 3-4 sets with no big struggles. (good form, minimal cheating etc)

Strict form 90 degree angle, I see people doing shrug like rows everyday nowadays.
