And all he had to do was pay $5000 (10% of the 50k bail) to get out after drunkenly murdering a kid he didn't agree with politically... Yet Jan 6th prisoners that are held on misdemeanors are still being locked up waiting for trial in DC without bail =/

Because it's either going to be a class B or class A felony murder. Class AA felony murder is life in imprisonment, but "heat of passion" murder is class A, which is only 20 years. You guys are always funny when discussing punishments because you expect a state not to abide by their own laws they have set in place and should go by your muh feels.

This is why the guy in Georgia who was only driving a car following the guys who killed that runner got life in prison. The judge even said he didn't agree with it, but the jury found him guilty of abetting and that means a mandatory sentencing of life in prison and he can't do anything about it.

Now before you ****g0ts misconstrue my posting of facts as "defending" what this lunatic did because your melons are tweaked, I agree that he should get life in prison but they're going to charge him with what they feel they can get a guilty verdict with.

Murder while under the influence of alcohol should compound his punishment.

Why is that? If we're making up laws as we go, any murder should be life - end of story.

If anything, him being drunk will make a clearer distinction between class AA and class A murder charges. Drunk people find themselves in "heat of passion" situations more than sober people.

How? What was the law for that (I didn't follow that case).

The rest of what you said are fair points, and I wasn't real knowledgeable of that distinction tbh. Seems like BS for 20 years to potentially be the max for that, but if that's how the actual laws on the books are then...

I would certainly imagine that there's probably some other charges that could be thrown in on top of that though, which it doesn't sound like they're doing.

Seems like if this were the opposite side of the two tiered justice system, they’d be digging into social media posts and any offhand conversation this guy ever had in order to establish premeditation. Maybe that will happen.

Wonder how large a percentage orange man bad will be his legal defense?

Agreed, for sure. Probably also go for higher charges and get a bunch of angry leftist agitators gathering around the courthouse to doxx and intimidate jurors into the ruling they want.

All of this is true, and I agree.

But of course, in true femme nature, you couldnt let it be- had to try to sleazily add in your little remark like you dont have TDS. You really do think people are stupid and were just going throw their arms up and forget all the screeching. just lol.

Thats just how it the media is today, which sucks. Had it been reversed? This would be another "story of the century proving white supremacy and hate crimes."

I am ok with that as long as there is no possibility of parole.

Such as this one. The real NYPat would never post this, even if it felt this - and no mention of Trump whatsoever, which is impossible for both Pat and Nolibs.

Conclusion: Pat has gone from this world, directionally downwards one assumes, and had given notorious alt and VPN connoisseur access.

Sillie was banned? Why? I know he has many alts, including James Francis imo.

Hopefully he just stays away from here for his own mental health.

Hey Sillie, while I and most reasonable posters in this section did not care for Pat, we actually thought he was vile, disgusting and a terrible human being, but even still -- he was "One of our own" for the past 10+ years or so. What happened to him? Are the rumors about his already poor health taking a downward spiral valid or not?

Or possibly, and this is just pure speculation and nothing I've been told about, but did our man/thing Pat have some heart issues, stroke, blood clotting?

Might as well give us the heads up, not that anyone particularly really cares about NYPiss either way but knowing definitely would be nice and keep the rumors down a little.

These mentally ill Leftys are really pushing it. I'm fairly sane but this kind of stuff makes my blood boil.

You know if it was some MAGA hat wearing Republican who ran down an 18 year old, it would be nationwide news, they would be playing edited Trump clips from 4 years ago blaming him for the death and radicalization.

Didn't Biden just give a Hitler-like irradicate the Republicans speech the other week?

Naturally this guy will get off on an insanity plea because you have to be insane to support these Lefty subhuman scum. Amazing how we still have people in jail for "storming the capital" and this guy just murdered someone and is walking around among the rest of us.

\Absolutely. If a pronounced right wing person did this it would be blasted on the front pages of every news site around. "Fa right white supremacist runs down innocent man!"

The double standard in the news these days is absolutely clown world in scale and scope.

I would certainly imagine that there's probably some other charges that could be thrown in on top of that though, which it doesn't sound like they're doing.
Like a drunk driving charge? Anyway, new charges can be filed at any time - even during trial if evidence comes out to support new charges, so it's a bit early to say no additional charges are being brought forth.

But of course, in true femme nature, you couldnt let it be- had to try to sleazily add in your little remark like you dont have TDS. You really do think people are stupid and were just going throw their arms up and forget all the screeching. just lol.
What are you crying about? This isn't my first post here, son, or haven't you noticed? Idiots here call people child rapists because they voted against their guy. If someone doesn't post in a thread condemning some atrocity committed by some dumb far-leftist, it's seen as condoning that behavior. Get your head straight, son, and read the posts people make here.

This is what, your 5th account now, son?
Deepfat: "I guarantee I beat you by at least 6 strokes. Afterwards, I'll slide my thick conservative cawk in your old lady just to finish the job."

z4: "So when are you available in September to play?"

Deep: "On second thought, I don't play golf with broads. You're such a scumbag that I'd be much more inclined to just slap the chit out of you."

z4: "MMA match works, too. So when are you available this month?

Deep: "I won't subject myself to being in the presence of a scumbag."
