You guys ever had 2 chicks that are best friends both wanting you, but one girl isn't very prety. But she has a huge crush on you... so you don't hook up with the hot friend because you know it would crush the other girls heart lol. I remember this happened twice back in my teens.

When I was younger, mistook someone as my my girlfriend (they were back to), and put my arms and hands around her waist, then she turned around and I could see it wasn't my girlfriend... I apologized quickly and she just smiled and said "I don't mind".
