Looks like you are correct no dudes are actually cutting off their dinks. They just stunt themselves into twinks.

Feeling worse for the girls looks like 250~ish and rising cut off their tits a year, while taking hormones to grow a dink.
It would be interesting to see some individual cases with history etc for context. But at least your article does seem to suggest that any surgeries on "kids" are very uncommon and many places will not do them period on someone <18 years old.

I don't know enough about the hormone therapy and other chit, to me it seems messed up but

When you play the language game (poorly) you inevitably fail. As sensible as all these questions n points you're raising are, they should've been preceded by the simple question: Can you hack, chop, and slash a dink into becoming a vajj, or vice versa?

Since we're putting teens under the knife, why not add bolt-ons to all flat teen girls that repeatedly ask for them? Sounds like gender affirming care to me.
Give out tren and sust to all teen boys who aren't as athletic as they feel they should be. Self-esteem affirming care.
