Bonus points, my oldest child was following beside me and after I drilled that shot was staring up at me in admiration like I hung the moon.

gjdm, op. nice story, reminds me of another lulz.
We were in the weight room this afternoon and some fat over weight kid named Chris comes up to me and goes "how much can ya bench", so i replied "alot more than you thats for shure". and he laughs at me because he thinks just because hes 70lbs heavier than me that hes stronger than me (he says hes 240lbs).Every one gathers around cause we were like the strongest in the class so we head over to the smith machine and he loads up 150lbs. He pumpes up around 15 reps, gets all tired heavy breathing, and gets up all happy like hes the ****. i put on 2 more plates so its 170lbs, and pump up 20 reps. every body was like good job dave man, and made the fat kid look ugly. I feel so good right now.

I had something similar happen.
A kid threw my tennis ball back to me -- perfect form and dead accurate aim. I was really looking forward to catching that perfect throw, but then I butterfingered it and dropped it and had to walk 10 feet to get it again.

you goofed.. the 'two hand bump' is merely to defend a spike or serve, its not a pass in itself. The correct move is a set (two hands facing up) or a standing/jumping serve*
