Didn't the Biden administration send Kamala out to drum up dem support because voters polled cared less and less about abortion leading into the election? So I doubt Roe v Wade had as much of an impact.

I have think the fact is voter turnout stays low, typically, and yeah the conservatives who won the primaries in my state were not the ones I supported. I voted for Drazan for governor of Oregon in the election but I recall she was one of my last choices on the primaries. So......wtf. We need better candidates

In PA John Fetterman was voted in for senator.

He seems like a good guy but had a stroke and have trouble talking.

I was reading ******** posts about him and people were saying they don't care if he had a stroke or not, they were voting for him. So, it's the same thing as Biden.

Having a mild stroke doesnt make you an incampable person, he'll be back to normal in a couple months.

Yes the gun control/fun control measure in my state is likely going to pass (hopefully get turned down by the Supreme Court) and yet a lot of people voted in favor of it not knowing wtf it was even about. Hurr durr all I no is gun bad an we need 2 ben goons from scools.

I bought a couple new magazines last night, and am looking to get a new SHTF gun before the new law goes into effect

someone explain this for a beavercel. it shows that the republicans are winning the house by like 15 seats and 46 D and 47 GOP for the senate and 4 are up for grabs but 2 look to go to D and 2 to GOP. How is this a loss?

Agreed with this. It's only going to get more democrat/liberal in this country. That is a straight fact.

Here's the thing though, it's really not a big deal. Neither Republicans or Democrats are so destructive that you'll really lose out on much in your life. The rules of the game might change slightly, maybe you pay slightly more taxes or you have to work slightly harder to overcome some BS government rule you don't like, but a high quality of life is fully in your hands regardless who is in power.

This is what losers who put so much emphasis on their side winning the election fail to understand. Neither of these parties are going to magically grant you an awesome life. Most people's lives are still going to be complete sh*t if their side wins because most people are lazy as f*ck and fail to take responsibility into their own hands for their own happiness.

When someone is upset their side didn't win an election I immediately know they're complete losers who will never get anywhere in life regardless.

Was very disappointed at the results, thought it would be a red wave. Still can't believe Dems elected Fetterman lol. I do think the GOP needs to move on from Trump.

Either way, I don't see much of a meltdown. Personally, I'll go on focusing on my own life and those around me for now and make a good impact that way.
