well myself and other coaches I know and am close with on an intellectual level(as in sharing information with each other) have seen countless people on all sorts of hormone ranges

so my evidence based response is that levels of 300 is more than enough to still make progress beyond a 210 bench for a healthy male. There are VERY likely other reasons that bench is not going up before turning to "well my test is just too low to make gains now no WONDER"
I have also seen TONS of bloodwork with people at this level and know TONS of males taking 200-300mg weekly for a decade or more and they are fine with no cardiovascular issues, no organ issues, no bloodwork issues. There is definitively no negative effects they are facing from it.

over reliance of only doctors and studies for information is not wise

Yeah wells there’s plenty of solid research letting your girlfriends boyfriend peg you in the ass causes prostate cancer but I don’t see you shying away from that

That’s a good dose. I’m at biweekly at same and I was lower. I think I’m in the 600-700s now. I was in my mid 30s when I started. Just woke up one day tired as fuk, couldn’t get out of bed to do anything. Got tested and it was double digits.

200 mg a week is too much. I would start with 120mg a week and go from there. 200 mg is A LOT of test trust me ive been on TRT for like 9 years so far.

A lot more energy, sex drive up. They say it takes a few weeks to start feeling it, I felt it in a couple days. It will drop your sperm count if you are planning a family. I stopped and 2 months later I was able get my girl pregnant and went back on it.

@Jesbtrah / other scientists explain
poor sleep
put in an environment that caters to estrogen dominance/low need for testosterone(see prison studies and how prisoners have high test)
bad nutrition
high stress
pornography

those are going to be the leading causes

You could have probably just hopped on HCG and continued your test. I take HCG twice a week with my 100mg/test twice a week and haven't had any atrophy of my balls and my loads are huge. If I don't bust at least once a day, my balls will hurt from ejaculating so hard. I had my sperm count checked and it was in the normal range. (Ded fkn Srs)

check out this clip, dude describes it real well the trt issue.

It doesn't matter if his body 'stops producing naturally'. His body is barely producing as is. If I didn't get the negative sides I'd be blasting at 1500 ng/dl for life. When I got on TRT I was at 420ng/dl. Mainly because of severe sleep Apnea. Only sleep about 5-6h a night and never reach deep sleep. First started TRT and I stayed in the 1500 range. Life literally on godmode. Dialed it back to a moderate 1000Ng/DL now and its still amazing.

I think if I'd get my sleep issues sorted I could probable cycle off TRT and get my natural production back up. (It can be done). I most likely will try at some point just to see if I can get my 'natural' levels in a respectable range (700-800 ng/dl).

200mg a week is where most hormone doctors that know what the fook they are doing start their patients. Then adjust from there. If your at 800 total test at 200 most doctors will stop you there. If you’re over 1200 total they will lower the dosage.

Everyone’s body is different.

Bro before you hop on change your lifestyle and optimize that to see where you can get it. Trt is for life. You want to do that every week the rest of your life?

How are men these days so low? Stop fapping, fix your stress, get good sleep, get your diet in check, and exercise consistently. Put yourself in an environment that demands discomfort.

Is that why you got a blood test? Either way I am high test master race. Insane morning wood every morning, wake up feeling like I should be going to battle instead of fooking work like a slave, always hungry, beard is uncontrollable at this point. I couldn't imagine ever taking a bike ride/juicing. I'd probably think I was a God.

Fuarrkk man, I thought mine were normal. Apparently this is low? Free T same, 7.8 pg/ml, T 14.59nmol/L (417ng/dl conversion).

I'm depressed(not really sad, I just feel like everyday is the same, I dont have a purpose, I'm not going anywhere). Barely any morning wood in the past years. Had no sex in like 5 years cuz pretty much no interest in fking(and no, not attracted to dudes lewl). Not fat, not swole either(anymore, used to in Highschool, avi).

Did 2 cycles of vitamin T at 18&19, never really felt the same ever since. I was natty in avi tho, I was about 17 then. 25 nowdays.

Has anyone tried nofap day 7 and then went to blood test? I've heard from a study that testosterone peaks at the 7th day.
