The shirt is too small. You wore a shirt where you cannot fasten the collar, in order to make it tighter around your chest and arms.
You need a shirt 1/2" or maybe even a whole 1" bigger collar, so 1 or 2 sizes.

literally had that shirt custom tailored, it's a hugo boss athletic fit shirt it's meant to hug and the material stretches
any bigger would have been too loose. I have a wide chest, broad shoulders big arms and thin waist

bro, you are a good looking guy, and most people look and dress terrible, so please do not take these critiques too harshly.
had to clean up for my girlfriends staff party saturday
1. Skinny ties went out of fashion about 5-6 years ago. Doesn't have to be fat, but something a little thicker for sure. Especially since you are a pretty built dude.
2. On the topic of ties, your knot isn't that great. It usually depends on the type of tie, and the shirt collars (whether to go full windsor or four in hand), but you do not want to see the tie loop peaking outside the collars like you have (should be set underneath so you only see the knot.)
3. Assume you had a jacket as well? Only time you should be rocking a dress shirt AND tie WITHOUT a jacket is if you are 1) a waiter or 2) a politician campaigning trying to look like you are "working hard" or 3) sitting at a desk working where you took your jacket off
4. In general, I think the shirt is too tight (and the pants). Should be a little larger. You look like you would have trouble moving around and its so tight around your stomach/hips, its not that flattering. Since you are a broad shouldered guy, you likely need custom shirts(srs) vs off the rack.
5. Black slacks? Was this paired with a black jacket? Only go black at a funeral/being a valet driver. Opt for something a little darker navy/charcoal. Will still be dark, but not BLACK.
Again, you are decent looking bloke, just trying to give my constructive feedback.

the tie and pants have a matching material with a nice thread pattern that matches too
