That's actually pretty good.


The longest I've done was a 1 month water fast where I ate absolutely nothing.... ZERO calories. I only drank water and diet soda.... Lost like 40lbs in just 30 days and had super high sex drive, energy and mental clarity.


If these Mongols practiced a high meat, high protein diet combined with daily fasting, then I can see why only 100,000 of them managed to conquer 100M Chinese. They simply were too high test.
