I see this with fatties all of the time. As we head into "New Years Resolution" Season we will see a ot of this. They are going to "eat right". Sure they make some changes but nothing that is really going to make a difference. Still injesting massive amounts of calories on "health food". Then the workouts. Mild at best, because "don't want to overdo it". 3 sets of 10, where the last rep is about as effortless as the first one and the last set goes like the first with Union breaks between sets.

All filming in gyms should be banned. Thankfully I have a home gym, can't imagine waiting for some dumb girl for ten minutes a set because she has to adjust the camera, film and then adjust and film again. Surprised there aren't more incidents of people kicking phones across the room, I'd have a hard time not doing it if some idiot had their tripod in an aisle I'm walking through.

yeah I know you feel bro single mothers are such a non-option. You have to be really down on your luck to have to resort to that; you have my sympathies.

Grew up in a coal mining town where the ratio was 1 sloot to 50 guys. Wasn’t much in the way of options unless you want to fap

Bro that's horrible; I wouldn't wish such a fate on my worst enemy. It's like Arnold in Kindergarten Cop; being Arnold Schwarzenegger stuck in "the single mother capital of the world"

Nah f that, this is what this country needs. If it requires them to film to better their health then let's do it. Encourage fat Americans to work out, stop trying to hate on them.

Everyone is filming now. it really gets under my skin. None are even impressive and most have no clue what they are doing, but SM has ruined society. Every time i get caught in someone's filming I flip it off.

That's what i've been saying for years on here when you go to the gym now it's like it's some kind of weird fashion party, barely anyone lifting heavy and people filming videos. Weird thing is most of the people that do it aren't that aesthetic. In 2011 if you went to the gym you almost had to be aesthetic and have years of lifting and progress under your belt. It was a competitive place to be the strongest or most aesthetic. I really don't know what happened. How are the gyms so full now but nobody looks like they lift?

It seems like all the zoomers train like very weak powerlifters. As a result they look like chit.

Being that fat would have its advantages. You wouldn't even have to add plates to the bar to do heavy squats

I couldn't help it one day these HS kids were flexing in the mirror and taking pics. Each was about 140-150. I was wondering WTF they were taking pics of. I told them "I remember too when I put on my first 10lbs, I just didn't film it"

I always just see people doing squats and deadlifts but that barely builds any muscle. Destroying chest and just hitting everything else casually is the best way to go. Bench press is the king lift man.
