yea, first place i worked was remodels and service work. service work you're with like 1 or 2 other guys going to multiple places. if the customer is there, prob want to play it low but they weren't always. on remodels as i said the boss wasn't there so we got to do whatever we wanted really

on a big job site though.. there's osha chit. you're not supposed to make it so people can't hear. but there's still a lot of leeway. most of them have ear buds in

but its pretty when you're not doing too heavy physical stuff, just light physical stuff... its not super hot out and you can play music/ foreman isn't down your neck

i kinda prefer being outside or up on the roof where i am right now cause there's way less stuff going on

I worked at safeway when I was like 17/18 as a courtesy clerk. They rotated us into carts every four hours, we would do carts for one hour. It was my favorited part of the day

Times have changed though, atleast where I live grocery stores are essentially running skeleton crews compared to when I was a kid.
