TikTok is cancer but I doubt it will get banned, unfortunately.

I would rather address tech governance in abstract than some fear of China alone. I trust China more than the guys in charge of most tech companies.

Agreeing with the ban couldn't get any farther from the actual libertarian viewpoint.

I absolutely despise the nanny state we live in where the government has to constantly interject into our daily lives because they know best. It leaves nothing but ineffeciency and even more permanent bureaucracy that can only be paid for with inflation. You people are your own worst enemy I swear.

If its destroying children you need to address the problem at the root which is absentee parents. Alot of the societal problems stem from the parents being complete fukwits.

The issue is right in front of your eyes. The ones who provide access to the app don't seem do care that China is spying on their users. Ask yourself why that is.
